One of many impressive modernist buildings that have been converted into hotels over the last 30 years. The original was designed by Gaudí's teacher, architect Emili Sala in 1898. It was turned into a hotel in 1987. You'll find it located just a few metres from Plaça Catalunya. Its spacious bedrooms get lots of natural light and most of them overlook the street. The original modernist façade and marble staircases have been preserved, while the rest of the hotel has been decorated in contemporary designer fashion. Prices do not include VAT (7%).
