If you like being surprised and you never know what to order, then this is definitely the place for you. The restaurant exudes intimacy and even a certain elitism. There are very few tables and no menu in sight. Ángel Navarro, the owner, will list off the day's dishes and will suggest the appropriate wine to accompany your food. The cuisine is creative and discrete, definitely not suited for the timid (or poor) out there.
