While staying at Estella, Antonio Xaus, a well-known artist, painted the bath towels, sheets and walls of his room to express his view of a lack of passion in modern art. The hotel manager was so inspired that eight rooms have since been painted. Joseph Maria Subiraches, who also worked on the Sagrada Familia, designed the lobby. Unique stairways, spherical shapes and waterfalls impress all who enter. Iris, the hotel restaurant, provides you with creative Mediterranean food in a delightful atmosphere.
