Opened in 1917, this is one of the few theatres in Barcelona which has hardly changed. It has a Modernist auditorium seating 716, red velvet seats, boxes, lamps and mouldings, which take us back in time. It is an ideal theatre for the great classical productions which visit the theatre each year. This theatre also hosts all kinds of companies, and dance and musicals. The Goya is an old theatre which welcomes everybody. It is located in the Ravel area, where there are lots of art galleries.
