A center following the Karma Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism and a member of the Rokpa Foundation, whose spiritual director is Akong Tulku Rinpoche. The center is run by Jimpa Gyatso and Tsondru Zangmo, two long-time Buddhist monks. They hold activities in the evenings which could include classes in meditation and teachings on Buddhism, weekly group practice of meditation or mantra recitation, or weekend seminars about the history of Buddhism, Tai Chi, healthy eating, etc. They also hold retreats (there's a retreat center near Girona) and organize other activities like therapy, yoga, graphology, and more. For more info come on Tuesday or Thursday between 6 and 9pm.
