This is the place to go if you fancy eating beef brought over directly from Argentina. The decoration is also Argentinian, with leather and cowhide all over and ponchos on the walls. The staff dress accordingly, in typical Gaucho (Argentine cowboy) fashion. As for the food, try the Empanadas (meat stuffed pastries) or the Morcilla (black pudding) and Chorizo Sausage - very different from the Spanish variety - for starters. For the main course, any of the various types of meat imported from La Cabaña de las Lilas farm are good choices: ribs, sweetbreads and sirloin, available in three different sizes (200, 300 and 500 grams). You can accompany your hearty meal with a good wine, be it Spanish, Argentine (like the Argenta) or Chilean. For dessert, order pancakes with Dulce De Leche (thick and gooey caramel).
