This restaurant was opened in order to satisfy the great demand for vegetarian food. Slowly but surely, it is becoming known by offering specialities made within natural, eco-friendly standards, both in the ingredients as well as in the dishes. Their salad bar is remarkable (by Spanish standards) for its variety of colours, textures and flavours.
