The longest-established and most prestigious flamenco club in town has hosted performances by some of the country's most famous singers and 'bailaores' (flamenco dancers), including Antonio Gades, Manzanita and Fosforito. In a sign of the times, the owners turn the club into a disco after the flamenco has finished, where you can dance to salsa and other Latin music. Beware, drinks are expensive.
