This theatre belongs to the Barcelona Alternative Theatre Co-ordinating Committee. It opened in 1995, and is unusual in that it has an 8 metre by 8 metre stage with a very good view, enabling the audience to watch the show from different angles, from in front and behind. It offers a wide range of plays, fringe, etc. and once a year it puts on a small show. There is also an annual programme of poetry entitled Poets and Prophets, and interesting series of lectures, which are always to do with the theatrical world.
