Although it's located in the university area, most students couldn't afford to come here regularly. This restaurant is more suited to successful businessmen. It serves the justly fashionable cuisine of the moment, which comes from the Basque Country in northern Spain. The menu features the freshest fish from the Cantabrian Sea and tender grilled meats as well. The house specials include fresh Asparagus Ragout with Foie Gras, Prawns with Poached Eggs and Roast Shoulder of Lamb with Potatoes A Lo Pobre (fried in olive oil with onions and green pepper). The wine list offers an excellent selection and there's even a choice of Cuban cigars.
